Convenient location for traveling to Aeolian islands. Helpful and professional staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh products. Parking available. Reliable taxi service.

We stayed in a hotel which was located very near the port offering numerous connections to the islands. The area has multiple restaurants and bars available within a five-minute taxi ride. The room and bathroom were clean, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. the underground parking was secure and easy to access.
The staff had limited English proficiency, making it difficult for foreign travelers to communicate.

Big, fabulous, clean room. Excellent shower with plenty of big clean towels and nice toiletries. Internet access available in the room or lobby (with 2 public PCs). Sleek, cool linens on the bed. Mini-bar in the room. And underground private parking available. We stayed here as a base for taking a boat tour to the Aeolian Islands and the location was perfect! Just 5 minutes walk to the pier with a supermarket on the way (so we could stock up on goods for the trip). Bakery adjacent to the hotel was a nice plus.
Nothing we didnt like...was a great choice and very happy we booked it.

Very comfortable room. The staff speaking fluent english and very helpful - they booked a cruise for us. Location is a few minutes walk from the harbor and restaurants.
No WiFi in the room but there is internet corner near the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at a recently renovated hotel in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our visit memorable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Milazzo.

The hotel provided everything we needed, including convenient transportation to the port, located just 5 minutes away by taxi. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, and the location in the adjoining coffee shop made for a great breakfast experience. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Everything was spot on.

Great hotel; staff friendly and welcoming. Room clean, good size, quiet (despite being on main road). Would stay here again. Breakfast very good.

very friendly and helpfull staff (german and englisch speaking). Very luxery rooms.
parking is an issue and a stay for two nights is more than enough to explore Milazzo. Breakfast seems extremely poor, but asking for croissants is rewarded from their own bakery/saloon.

The hotel was conveniently located near the port, making it easy to catch our boat. The staff were helpful and allowed us an early check-in. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The lounge area was large and modern, providing a comfortable space to relax.
Nothing for me.

We didn't think the staff is tourist friendly, even though the city of Milazzo is not a place that has anything for travelers to see, we just were there to take a boat for the island of Panarea, and due to weather it was cancel. I believe they could be friendlier, specially the young girl, the granddaughter, maybe they are new to this type of business ? But, the hotel was very nice and clean for the money, if you have to stay in Milazzo, you should stay there.

The hotel staff are just wonderful at this hotel and really helpful. Conveniently located for the ferries to the Aeolian Islands. The rooms in the hotel are really tastefully decorated and clean. There is a superb patisserie located on the premises that sells scrumptious traditional cakes/pastries.

Location was convenient being close to the port and cafes. The room size was adequate to accommodate the 3 of us with ease and had a nice balcony view. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout the day and night.
The upkeep of the room wasn't up to par as we found dust in some areas. The shower had poor water pressure and was difficult to regulate the temperature.

Hotel is very new (or recently completely refurbished) to a high standard and therefore very clean and modern. The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke very good English.
Does not have it's own Breakfast room and choice very limited.
